I've had a Unit over a year no issues. No bugs no pests. The reps are responsive and professional. I chose a 3rd floor unit never have had an issue with the elevator

If you guys value your stuff do not go there! Today I have the worst feeling! I went to pick up my Christmas tree! So when I opened that smell and than water every where! I went to talk to guy and said what happened? He told me oh after the hurricane when sent a letter that we never got! But I told him for the past two years you guys called to make the payment and you guys can’t call me for that!!! They don’t secure anything!!! I feel bad and angry at the same time!! I been paying 62+ a month for a Christmas decorations nothing!!

The facility isn't the nicest place but the prices are reasonable, but when I found a bug in my unit and bought it to the managers attention he dismissed my concerns stating "He can't control what people place in their units which may cause bugs". Needless to say I was surprised by his dismissive attitude
