Each time I purchase gas from this gas station my gas Guage barely moves which means that there's something funny with the way they set their gas pumps to cheat customer's .this is actually my second time buying from this gas station and I buy gas once or twice a week from other bp gas stations with out any problems. So I'm really blowing the whistle on this gas station at 584 Springfield Ave Newark nj .I will be calling BP management and BBB to launch a report Asap.

I guess I’m not the only one that had a bad experience here… I went today to put gas and the pump man was really disrespectful to me… if could give 0 stars I would even if this close to my job I would never again put gas in here

The guys who pump gas here should be fired.. went here one day and they allowed people to pump gas for any cash they had on them.. basically stealing it.. not to mention that they will double charge u and give the next person free gas if they like the lady .. just shut the whole thing down for real

beware of their business practice, they are taking customers money and investing it without the customer knowledge, what I mean by this if you use a credit card they will over charge you by more than hundred $100.00 , they claim that the bank or the credit card holder is responsible for the over $100.00 hold on your money , and then the gas attendant will inform you that it will be back in your account within 24 hrs. This a scam by all means, there is no signs posted that inform you that this is their practice nor do the gas attendant give you an option. you go in and get $10.00 worth of gas and you leave and then one of your bill collectors go to withdraw a payment from your account only to learn that the money is not there, but you knew you $110 there before going to the gas station, and you carefully spent the $10.00 , knowing that the business practice of the bank is withhold the $10.00 you spent , then come BP sending a billing to your bank for a extra $100 or more that you did not agree to , This should be consider Fraud by deception, because you and the bank was deceived by BP by them stating that you spend an extra $100.00 which they use to invest in their company without giving you a percentage, Newark, New Jersey located on Springfield Ave between 13st and 14 st join as we ask our congress to look into this practice and join our class action law suit , hold on to your receipts and if you use your card your carrier will have a record of the sale, and just look at the stock price the day after they took your money and see the raise of their stock price , also look at the day before and you will be Suprise at the rise of their stock using the money they took from you without your consent

I had to pump my own gas, the last time I've checked, NJ is a full service state meaning customers isn't allowed to pump their own gas. Customer Service here is deplorable!
