  On Saturday morning I stop at BP gas station on Bloomfield Avenue in Newark New Jersey. I asked for $40 regular with my card. The gas attendant swiped my card after I gave him my zip code. He asked for it again, and a third time. $100 each and then told me he could only give me $8 in gas because I didn't have any money. I knew this wasn't true as this is a visa debit card transaction and I can see every time my card is processed. I looked at my bank statements and was able to see where he swiped my card twice $200 I'm sure that BP regulations and standards do not condone stealing. This in fact what happened.I went inside to speak to the young man behind the desk explained to him what happened and the other gentleman came in and in his language dismissed my claim after I showed him my phone with the blatant information. He insisted I didn't have money. Whatever he said in his native language gave the gentleman behind the counter ignore my situation. We exchanged words as I was able to prove my card was withdrawn of $200 a $100 in 2 separate instances within the last 10 minutes of the transaction. He said "call your bank. " My account was clearly not in the negative or compromised with any pending transactions until I regrettably enter this gas station. My problem is not only with my money being taken off. Being left with no gas. I was not given respect or dignity, no customer service, no apology for a mistake obviously made by the gas attendant. Such a nonchalant attitude and disrespect cause me to have a huge distaste in my mouth for this gas company. Unfortunately gas stations in our community have a horrible reputation and I chose carefully within coming to this reputable company to purchase my gas. Never anticipating being short $200, no gas in my car and disrespected.   I was stuck on Bloomfield ave with no gas and no money I went to that station I ask for the manager he was professional and help me to have gas and run my car I bring the money back to them. Good team and clean station

  I stopped in a couple of days ago to fill up the work truck and was maid late, the attendant was no where to be found, I went inside to see were he might be and who do I run into talking to his buddy that hags out with him instead of looking for a job him self. I give the man my card he tells me it's not working and said go see the attendant inside, I speak to the other gas station attendant and straighten things out with him, I go outside and this is feeding the pigeons bread saying ALL DAY EVERYDAY, and every night ‍♂️ can you please put your card in the slot and unlock the pump I have to go to work 😫. NEVER AGAIN!!

  If I can give 0 star, I will give 0 star for this BP Gas Station. It said $2.39 /gallon, got filled up for 10 gallons and got charge $33. So it is basically they overprice $1 /gallon. It's ridiculous ! I will never ever gonna be back.
