This book store has very limited items for sale. I came during lunch on January, 2024 and the entire 2nd floor was closed. They didn't honor the alumni discount and customer service was dry. I paid $22 for a daily planner which they usually put on sale every Year during this time. Im not a fan of this location and doubt I will return.

Rude and their restrooms are staff only. This is for students only and shouldn’t come up as a B&N since this is misleading to everyone else.

These hours are incredibly inconvenient. There is no way i can go during the week due to work and then its closed on weekends. Please take into consideration people that work and don't have the flexibility.

What a disappointment. Uber we paying 20 bucks to go to a bookstore and this is a college bookstore. Ridiculous.

Sara, the manager has no idea on how to treat or help customers. She is clueless and has not answer for the most basic questions.

I had one of the best experiences thanks to a male worker I think by the name Erick? He helped me find what I needed and supplied me with the correct books I’d need to make this semester a breeze. Thanks for being genuine and a real life saver when it meant the most!

My experience at this bookstore was very short due to the costumer service. I was directed exactly where I needed to go as soon as I walked it by a helper by the name of Erick highly recommend him.

The experience was great, with great customer service by a gentleman by the name of Erick. He helped me out with everything I needed, all questions I asked were responded in a professional manner, and helped with all my needs!

These people work less than 40 hours a week to be lazy. The people who work here are not helpful. I needed to purchase a book and pay with the option of a grant and they put me on hold 3 times and hung up on me. They knew I was calling back because they asked if I had been transferred..??? They couldn't give any suggestions or help me with anything.
