The owner towed my Freight shaker and My load after I was t-boned by a SUV that ran red light. I never had experience that everyone is posting he not only gave me some where to lay down till my truck got back on road but he went out his way to take me get supper and lunch. He also delivered my load to Pfc so I could get back to my family after my truck got fixed. Treat people the way u want be treated!!

Hands down the worst U Haul experience I have ever had. As a long time U Haul user, I was absolutely apalled by how rude the staff was. I had a reservation at 3 pm on Saturday at this location but they close at 12 pm. I had mobile pick up but they purposely left the keys behind the counter. There were multiple individuals trying to pick up their keys for the U Haul but were unable to. Eventually a gentleman confronted us and stated he did not have authorization to give the keys. He was extremely hostile and had no sembelance of customer service. I strongly recommend to avoid this location at all costs.

Got towed for a street clean violation (as there was no where else to park coming home from work at 5am) & couldn’t pick up car first day because I didn’t know I was towed until I was going in for work (I start at 6:30pm). Went to get it at 9AM on the second day and didn’t notice the new scratches all around my vehicle until the sun shined. I have new scratches outside of my headlights and scratches running from the backseat passenger side door and roof side. This business needs better drivers who actually knows how to store and park cars because now on top of that high bill of 2 days in the yard plus the parking ticket— I now have to pay to get these scratches removed! This experience couldn’t have been any worse! Hire drivers that can park!!

Twice a week they steal cars in the Ironbound. The Newark police chief is part owner of the POS company! Conflict of intrest? Not at all

In the name of Christ, expose this businesses unethical practices. Charged me $500 to release me car, but would not properly give me details on how to get my car released. Visited this place more than 4 times. They are trying to keep your vehicle.

If I could give a minus 1star i would, the front desk individual is extremely disrespectful and nasty to customers. After paying for my tow the man told me through the red gate and down the aisle. Now there are over 100 cars in this lot. I walked by could not find my car. Came back to the office and told him, he proceeded to tell me should I hold your hand to get your car. I told him he has a lot full of cars and it would be nice if someone could direct me where to find my car and which isle that I should be looking. I went back out and continued looking for my car and found it after 10 minutes. It was parked in a muddy pile of water, I had to access my vehicle from the drivers side. Due to the height of the water I had to climb into the passenger seat to get to my vehicle. I had a 4 year old baby with me and it was extremely difficulty. This place is horrible , and has nasty, disrespectful and racist workers here. Good luck to anyone who has their car at this facility.

Am I happy these crooks stole my car... no. However, the piss poor attitude of the workers at b&c towing is hostile, angry, argumentative, defensive... etc. Will anything be done about them? I doubt it. They're about to be hit with some a-hole tax in return for the reasons i stated earlier. I hope they're not insured so they can pay and see how it feels to be robbed. I'll be seeing them soon enough.

I’m convinced they have a contract with the city. They pry on those living in the city. They are outside waiting for those who do not move their car for street cleaning so they can tow it and charge you $233. It has been years but they got me today. I wish they were this diligent with towing when outsiders park in permit only parking!

The guys here were so wonderful when I was trying to retrieve my car, my situation was a very difficult one and they helped me every step of the way - obviously not ideal to get your car towed but also not the guys in the office's/ tower's fault so cut them slack they are just doing their job!!!!

Very bad attention and they also enter your car without any permission, and they damaged my vehicle, they did not take any responsibility, also the only thing they say is to make a claim and nothing more!
