I called this place regarding a vehicle that I wanted to purchase for a cash deal. The person I spoke to told me that the price was as is $24995, but there was appropriately $7088 in additional fees. So the vehicle for $25K is now $32,083? On the site it's quoted for two other prices as well! This is a ripoff.

Worst auto experience ever. Cars are shown online at lower fees than they are really asking. Once you go in and say you would like to purchase a vehicle they say you cannot buy it you have to finance it as the bank owns the car. Then when you ask about financing they add on a bunch of fees and require you to buy thier gap insurance and other add ons as they state that they get credit for working with banks. Its a huge scam and they waste your time. When offering to pay upfront for a car they said we would have to pay 2500 above what was shown in the ad. This isn't even with the additional normal fees that come with purchasing a car. Stay away as they will waste your time and money.

Beware of this dealership, at least the branch in Jersey City on Danforth Avenue. Pay close attention to details because they verbally tell you one thing but on paper it's another! Plus after my friend purchased a vehicle, 4 weeks later the radiator started leaking and wasn't covered under the extended warranty that she was told would cover bumper to bumper and paid 2700.00 for! Not to mention the unprofessionalism of their supposed "manager" Gino, who when questioned about the bumper to bumper warranty became nasty and hung up on her! I couldn't believe what I was hearing! Never would I deal with a place of business that has such low moral ethics.

They are a horrible dealership. Save your time & money . They are not knowledgeable about their cars. And will give you a headache on helping you to fixing the problem. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Fraud alert. Do not buy a car from this company. They will most definitely screw you over. Receptionist is rude, you'll never get anyone's real name. Waited over two months to obtain my plates. This business should be shut down. I filed a complaint with the attorney general's office.

Found this place on a website ( not theirs), offering up great deals on used cars. Here's the deal. Not a certified resale dealer. Wife is starting to look at reliable used cars in the Hyundai family. They had two in the lot that she was interested in. Called on a Wednesday to confirm that they were still on the property. And they were. This is a used car lot that takes rental cars put out to pasture. You take all the vehicles as is. Which I'm familiar with going back many years. A scratch here or a stain there. Not a problem. 2017 Elantra was a little beat up. A 2015 Elantra had the same amount of miles and certainly in way better condition. Now to that financing.... Stressed to the salesman, that financing is not an option. That we wanted to avoid monthly payments. Not many counteroffers at this place. Let's just say that the price came in several thousand over the first car that we looked at. Even though it was 2 years older than the first one. Look, it is what it is at these places. Do your research before coming to them. What ever happened to cash is king? This place is a trap. AVOID.

I purchased a used car from them 3 years ago. They didn't follow through with their 3 month warranty. They claimed they honored the internet price I found online, but I later discovered they worked the numbers in the paperwork to their benefit. I had numerous problems with the car. The extended warranty company they refer you to does NOT follow through with any covered breakdowns, with or without an authorized number from them. My vehicle wouldn't pass inspection and they didn't want to solve the problem even though the law says they have to! Long story short, I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and went back and forth several times until finally they cut me a check for what I was asking to make the purchase fair. They never admitted to any fault though. COMPLETE hassle and high levels of stress dealing with these people. Stay away at all costs!
