I have been subscribing to Audible for about 10 years and accumulated several books and credits. The email address for my original account (for 10 years ) was recently removed from Audible’s records because the old email was cancelled. All of my credits/books were lost when the old account was removed from Audible’s records. Audible has informed me that they cannot credit me for my purchases because my old email no longer exists in their records.This makes absolutely no business sense! How can a company as big as Audible/Amazon have no record of an account update or change in a customer’s account. I’m extremely disappointed! I’ve been a customer for a long time

I've tried multiple times to contact Audible customer service and cancel my subscription, because I don't remember signing up for it, and I don't know which email it is associated with. No one responds to my emails. I keep on getting charged. This is so frustrating.

I am supposed to get 10$ coupons for every 3 credits I use. They said I have to call and go through a laborious conversation with someone who frankly speaks another language simply to redeem my coupon. Then they gave me 1 coupon although I've bought 140 credits and they acted like they were doing me a huge favor. All this took 4x longer than it should because of the language issue. Absolute garbage customer service

If I could give a minus score I would. I don’t have a subscription with them and they find nee ways to charge my credit cards. And then I have to notify them. Don’t ever use this service. I never have and they still charge my accounts. I close one account and then they find another account.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: Audible is untrustworthy company that makes it very difficult to cancel their subscription. They hide their cancel button extremely well to get you frustrated so that you don't cancel. Be very careful if you decide to have a membership with them.

They've acquired some truly captivating narrators in the past few years. The voice of Rodney Tompkins could make drying paint sound exhilarating. Worth subscribing just to hear the books he has narrated.
