But sometimes you just need that face to face contact, to let yourself know that you are human, and this is how humans used to do business before the internet. Before apps. Before the phone. Yasidra was the reason I came in to Capital One and she is the reason you should go in as well. Customers sang her praise in the reviews online so I decided to go in to see for myself. I called earlier in the day and she was so patient on the phone. She said come in and she would help me. When I got to the bank she greeted me warmly. I had a nice cup of Keurig coffee and that warmed my spirits. She patiently walked me through the tablets prompts. I linked my credit card to my new saving , made a deposit, and was done in less than 15 minutes. All of my questions answered. What a professional. What a kind and sincere person she is. “The ATM is in the hospital...You have to go through the main entrance at the building..You need to get a security pass and take the elevator to the 1st floor. The ATM is near to the Quality, Safety and infection control department. I hope this helps”
