I'm the Logistical Director for a company dealing with high end art logistics. We are dealing with impossible deadlines and unrealistic expectations as a part of our daily business. That being said it's crucial our truck fleet is operating at full capacity every day but as anyone in logistics knows things happen. After doing business with Jack and the good people at Associated I simply will not put the well being of my company in any other hands other than theirs. Every single time they've given me a date for our trucks to be ready they've exceeded expectations and got it done early. This is why I won't even bother looking anywhere else. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Great experience my back door broke at a delivery near by and stopped here since it was close to me and was greeted by the owner Jack and a few workers they all was very friendly and the go me in and out very quickly as was able to get to the rest of my jobs on time big thank to these guys here

Five stars more if I could, we are from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania my truck hit a bridge very hard. My truck was trapped at a tow yard for a long time. I called various body shops in New Jersey. Nobody could even be bothered to help me. I called associated auto body and trucks Jack the owner helped me get the truck released from the tow yard handled. The insurance claim got my truck restored to better than before the accident. I highly recommend associated. They are the best.

Customer service is the best out there. Their work is superb. They get you in and out as best as possible. Very rare to find a company that caters to the customers need and bottom line. Owner was a pleasure to work with. My service felt personalized. I had to get a 3rd party service offered service while there and you couldn't tell the difference. Guys they offer windshield replacement by 3rd party check that out as well. They finished my truck 4 days early and that in trucking is golden. Thank you to the team over there.

Excellent work done by Associated. I had my 2020 Honda Accord fixed here and I’m glad I did. Jack the owner is a very cool guy, down to Earth and Bob and Jenn as well as the entire staff are genuinely good people.
