I had a A frame kits put on , they didn't put all the parts back,and didn't put holes from the thermostat to the reservoir ,I ran hot three times before I found the water hose down by the side of the engine. They treat people different.

Horrible experience. Please please for your own good do not go there to fix your car. The owner of this place is really garbage. He charged me 700 for storage after my car was parked in the street for the time he was "fixing my car" which he did not. He took 3 weeks trying to find the cheapest transmission piece for my car. I told him I needed the car ASAP. I decided to take the car some where else and he would not let me take my car if I didn't pay him almost 1000 dollars for doing nothing !!! I would understand if this man charged me for diagnosing the car but come on. He is a senseless man.

My 08 MERCEDES ML350 was making a loud ticking and knocking sound - I thought my vehicle was over with . I took my vehicle to this shop , and it really surprised me.. they were very professional. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it within 2 hours of it being dropped off . IT WAS MY AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR. I didn't think they would fix a Mercedes, but both the owner and the mechanic were extremely knowledgeable on this vehicle .

This shop has got to be one of the biggest rip off artists in the business, let me start, brought my 2010 f350 with 110,000 miles to "TITO" explaining that the truck was making a winning noise, n thought maybe was the torque converter, but I'm no Machanic, he explained bring the truck down will look at it, heard the sound said yeah that's the transmission, when I take the trans apart I'll send u some pictures of what's broken etc, well that never happened. Then while truck ther he says I needed altinator, so on Saturday at 5 me n my wife go to pick up my truck, go inside pay bill, n has no receipt to give us his printer is down "SHADY "n hands me keys he gets in his Land Rover with PA plates I start my truck n what you know same noise truck came to shop same sound I had no different, says to me well bring it back Monday, I drive 7 miles home pull in my driveway n smoke begins to bellow up the sides of my truck trans fluid all over my driveway n truck, so Monday morning I get about 3 miles from my house n what do u know truck won't move, professional transmission titto did not ground out the trans as per ford oem requirements blew transmission up, now puts a new torque converter in truck n supposedly grounds trans out, well now my fog lights blow out my tail lights don't work my blinkers don't work my rear view camera don't work, brought truck back 3 times to Tito trans still leaking n low n be hold guess what the whining noise was "idler pulley" not my transmission so not only did I not need a trans, liccardi ford confirmed that truck trans was replaced at 80k under ford warranty! So crook crook crook crook, so brought truck to him with no leaks n wound up taking truck to dealer to replace Tito work, have filed complaints with department of consumer affairs! Started work on my truck without outhorization, n haded me a bill a month latter after he made us pay before truck was fixed n is still not fixed will be posting pictures of Tito n all the trans fluid all over my driveway!!!!!! Crook,croook,crook, crook,crook
