The employees at this location are wonderful whenever I go in. Today I had a box I didn’t realize had to be shipped FedEx and they taped it up for me and put the label on for me without me even asking so I could take it over to FedEx. Thanks so much! I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress trying to return that particular item so that little gesture made my day a lot better.

The UPS store in New Providence is the best! Mike, Jay, Patrick and Steven are always so friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and make dropping off a package a stress free experience! My package with a sentimental item was lost and everyone went out of their way to help find it. They tracked the package, called me throughout the search and Jay personally went there to pick it up and it was delivered to me the next morning! I am so grateful to the whole team for their determination to find my item and excellent customer service!

I don't live nearly of New Providence, however, I work in Berkeley Heights( Summit Health) for the past 3 years, I have been visiting this UPS store at this location( dropping my package) , and my experience has been awesome, excellent customer service, fast, organized.It's gratifying to be welcome and acknowledged, particularly by the owner. I'm not familiar with his name, but he and his team are fantastic.Have a wonderful Holiday!!I am grateful for everything you do for your community.Marisol

Steven and Patrick and the staff go above and beyond to help each customer. You go into the store and they always ensure your wait time is as short as possible. Also, they always have a smile and nice word for everyone. Very pleasant experience every time!

First, the entire staff at this location is courteous and professional. No matter how busy the store is, they have a way of making the wait bearable. Patrick especially goes out of his way to assist me and locate my packages so I can be on my way.
