Needed a suit and couldn't tolerate going to a big box store for inferior product thats mass produced. I decided on Tom James company based on reviews and was not dissapionted. From start to finish Eric gave me nothing but quality options and paid attention to every detail. I have my suit now and will be going back again whenever I need anything regarding quality tailored items custom made for me. Don't hesitate, the prices are amazing for the amount of quality you get. You will not be dissapointed.

Eric from Tom James is such a cool dude to work with! Super quick with keeping in touch, always showing up right on the dot for our meetings, which totally saves us from twiddling our thumbs. We've been working together for a few years now, and not once has he left me hanging. He's even been patient enough to wait around a few times when I've been running late. Plus, the stuff he brings to the table is top-notch, and you can always count on him to deliver right on schedule.I strongly recommend Eric for anyone who likes Bespoke suits.

Such a great experience! I worked with Eric Hymowitz who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to suggest styles that fit my personality and needs. This was my first experience with this type of tailoring and I can't recommend it enough. It feels great to wear pants that truly fit you perfectly. I'm also color blind, so having Eric to help me match clothes properly will be very beneficial for me in particular.

Eric Hymowitz has been keeping me look sharp for a long time. Until I worked with Eric, most of my suits were just ok. Eric fixed that to the point that I now get a lot of compliments on how well dressed I am and how expensive my suits must be. Eric listens to my needs as an attorney, is cost conscious and, most importantly, is mindful of my time constraints. I cannot recommend Eric highly enough.

My rep Eric Hymowitz is a superstar - knowledgeable, responsive, pleasant and professional. I wish the delay between ordering and receipt was much shorter - if you need something in the relatively near term, this is not the company for you. If you can afford the wait you definitely won't be disappointed.

Ordered some outfits ..never received them. Emailed the sales person and haven't received any responses. They are scammers so don't buy from this company.UPDATE: Melissa Marzuk from the New York office came out and was able to provide me my shirts and fit my pants. I am not giving them a full five stars as they need to provide better updates to their clients but they fixed this issue. Not sure how to move this review to the NY office as well.

Eric Hymowitz is awesome! He is very knowledgeable, helpful, personable and gets things done exactly as promised. Normally, I dislike shopping for clothes, but this experience was the exact opposite. It was enjoyable, interesting and cool. I know absolutely nothing about clothes (being a software engineer who lives in t-shirts), but Eric made me excited to put on my suit for my wedding. I've never had a suit fit better, look better or feel more comfortable. This suit is clearly made of very high quality material and impeccably constructed. Eric was always punctual and professional, adjusted to my schedule and made sure that I received my suit far in advance to my wedding. I hope to wear this suit to all my other special occasions in the future. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone who wants to get a great suit tailored exactly to their specifications.
