Every time I come to this location to withdrawal my money I am questions as if I’m not who I am. I have to give all my previous addresses and explain that NJ DMV does NOT issue you a new license when you put in an address change. I am tired of this. This is an uncomfortable visit every month and I will be closing my account with this bank tomorrow.

Stopped by to make a deposit for my dad. Went to the drive up window. Not sure what was going on but it took more than 20 minutes to process a simple deposit. I'm just glad I don't have an account at this bank.

love the yearly christmas walk and santas appearence the day after thanksgiving....the christmas walk at provident bank is a new providence tradition
