Orange Theory is the only workout I have consistently attended since high school sports. Even when I have fallen off the habit train, I then have been able to get back into it thanks to the community of people around the studio and also; there's so much juicy workout data and i want to keep making that data grow! it's incredibly motivating to see the stats build over time; almost like how we look at stats of sports players in fantasy football except it's you, it's real life. it's you getting better, stronger, faster, harder. I can't recommend it enough. my wife just joined and did her second class and now we have another hobby we can do together and keep ourselves even more accountable, and loose weight, get into shape or hikes and ski trips, and get stamina for ... other parts of married life too. Try it, you won't regret it.

I have been going to this OTF for over a year and I absolutely LOVE it!!! I considered myself extremely out of shape and I was pre-diabetic so I knew in needed to make a major change in my life. They staff at OTF were so welcoming and helped get into a routine. They are always so friendly and supportive and I cannot speak highly enough of this location!!! You won’t regret joining OTF so go for it!

OTF NP is amazing! I've never enjoyed cardio, but the workouts here are downright fun. They vary between strength, power, and endurance focuses and it keeps it interesting. I LOVE that I can track my fitness progress with benchmark exercises that come around every few months. And all exercises can be altered for folks with different fitness levels. Oh, and the coaches are great! <3

I truly love this place! The staff is friendly and helpful; the coaches are great. They have truly created a community where each person’s accomplishments are celebrated! I always leave feeling sweaty and strong!

OTF in New Providence is one of the best locations. I love all the morning coaches (I’m only able to take morning classes) they are great so motivating and supportive. I love NPOTF

I’ve been member here for a few months, I’ve taken a little over 80 classes so far. All the coaches and staff are welcoming, positive and really motivating. I’ve found that since joining OTF I’ve made so many gains both physically and mentally. I remember being nervous to give OTF a try and now I’m so glad that I did!

OTF NP has saved my life. Mentally, physically, and emotionally. I love coming into the studio and seeing the ladies and their shining faces and energy. The sense of community at OTF new prov is unmatched.

Amazing staff and coaches! From day one they make you feel comfortable! They walk you through every exercise and demonstrate modifications and proper form. I love that the workouts are always different so it never gets boring and it takes the "thinking" out of a gym (super helpful for someone who had no idea where to start in a gym). It's a lovely community full of encouragement and support. Best decision I ever made!

Each session is a different full body work out. I like the way it changes between the running machine, rowing machine and floor work out. Intense workout for about 60 minutes and then a good stretch. I like watching the heart rate on the screen, it motivates me to work harder.

The trainers are awesome as well as the front staff! They are all so friendly, know you by name, and are genuine and enthusiastic when it comes to working out and staying healthy.
