While there I asked for an air filter service and althought the full service couldn't been done they checked my air filters and said they were still good and to come back to change them with my next oil change. “I went to my Jiffy Lube for an oil change. The staff was pretty sure I didn't need one yet but they humored me and checked the fluid levels. Afterwards, they told me the oil was OK and didn't need to be changed. I had a concern about the windshield wiper and one gentleman checked it out. There was no charge even though they spent time with my car and talking to me, kindly explaining why it's important for me to drive the car, not let it sit unused. I always leave Roselle Jiffy Lube a happy customer. The kindness and professionalism of the staff leaves me feeling my car is safe and in good hands, as am I!”

I come here because these guys are on top of it all! “Excellent customer service and mechanical work! They saved me THOUSANDS! How you might ask?? Story time! My son jumps in his '14 Ford Fusion (High mileage) and the dashboard is lit up like a Xmas tree. No power steering!I call around to a couple of local shops and they are honest - electric power steering needs a computer reset which they don't have and recommend going to a dealer. So, I went to the Ford dealer near me. Their diagnosis was a whole new steering rack is needed - $3,800!!!!I do some more googling to find Mark's specializes in fords so I call them. They can deal with the computer stuff so I bring it there. They do analysis (sent scan reports!) and discover the wire to the power steering motor was chewed off (rats!)! $500 to fix! Saved me over $3k.Great use of technology for the service. They email estimates with pictures and final bill! All very clear. (Going back to Ford with this info to get my diagnosis fee back!)Service is great (thanks Abbey, Mark and the team!).I really appreciate a well run, local, and competent business!!”
“Really good shop right here. Brought my BMW here and these guys did an awesome job changing the brakes and rotors. Also diagnosed my check engine light which ended up being an easy fix... Rotors and breaks came out beautiful. Brought them the parts I wanted and they did the rest. A+ service.Update: Went back to get the back breaks and rotors done as well since the front went so smooth and my car was finished even faster than the first time. A+ service on my BMW once again and my car feels great now. No noises coming from the front or back breaks and the owners/mechanics were true to the price quoted both times. Great guys great shop. I’m bringing my car here from now on.”
