I absolutely love this gym. The staff is incredible; friendly and polite, the equipment is good for whatever stage of fitness development you are at from novice to bodybuilder. Love that it stays open til 11pm Monday thru Thursday, wish it was midnight. Overall, a 10/10 since the first day I’ve begun my fitness journey.

After my 3 day free trial ended, I went in to sign up for a membership. Chris, the general manager, was very helpful and thorough when explaining which plan was best for me. So far my experience at the gym has been great! The facility is very clean and well taken care of. Only complaint is that during peak time, it can often be difficult to get a machine. I cannot wait to start my fitness journey here and try out some group classes

I’ve been going to this gym for over a year and I’ve loved the experience, community and machines. The gym offers teenager memberships to stay healthy and look big. I have a lot of friends going with me as well. I recommend going to this gym without a second thought!!!

Fitness Factory is a very solid gym overall from time to time there maybe a damaged machine or 2 but they get fixed relatively quickly, addition all the people there are always kind and inviting.Highly suggest 5 stars

It is wonderful, the employees are very good and the most important thing is that you feel at home, very clean, very friendly, the people I recommend them from the moment you write to them and the truth is, things when you are in there are excellent staff, very disciplined, very polite and most of all The best thing is that they are good enough for you and they give you perfect instructions, the teachers who train you excellently in both Spanish and English and if not, then I will find out for you myself, but what do they take care of you? They take care of you. You will be satisfied. Try it, you will not regret it. Very good. investment

Great gym, great staff. But the gym has recently switched focus from providing exceptional service at a good price, to expanding and making more $$$. When I started coming here just over a year ago, the gym was always spotless, and members wants/needs were being met. The locker rooms are severely due for an upgrade. Residential appliances in the restroom, and a sauna that's consistently filthy with wooden panels coming up/missing. The steam room has been broken for years, and the lockers are cramped and awkward. Overall I love this gym and community, just wish whoever is in charge would take a little more care of the facilities given the price of membership.

I've been coming here since they opened. I love it here, all the staff are great. I can't tell you how many times they've helped me when my blood sugar was low. Nick, Chris, Bob, Doug are good people and you can't forget Vic who keeps the place clean and is also a very friendly guy. My apologies to anyone I left out, I'm getting old lol!

The machine and weights areas are always cleaned and racked for the next person to use. The changing rooms are also maintained constantly , which I personally like. I am definitely getting value for the monthly price I am paying.
