rude people work here and they can't even do their job. it takes hours for meds to be filled/refilled. and they sometimes even mess up the prescription orders. do not go here, go somewhere else !!

Level of incompetence cannot be matched by any other pharmacy. Huge line at noon, unheard of, despite 2 people behind the counter. Why? Every step of the way, they call the manager to ask a question, manager is clueless on resolution. Then at the end they ask about whether there is a CVS rewards account, after which they can't locate it, and the customer is like I don't care, I want to get out of this place, I'm fed up. Unbelievable! This place should be in every textbook on how not to run a pharmacy.

Visited for the first time today for a passport photo and asked for help with photo section. I was directed towards the photo section but noone turns up to help. After some time, I asked for help again. Someone comes only to tell me that passport photos can't be taken since wearing mask is mandatory. well, i was wearing a mask but not sure why taking it out for 5 seconds while maintaining 6 feet distance with the person taking photo could have hurt. and if passport service is closed then they should say that out loud on the website or outside the store. anyway, i walked into the Walgreens nearby and they were more than happy to help. Never going to the CVS though...thanks for the horrible customer service.

Ordered my Rx online and stated to pick up at 11AM. I got to the pharmacy at 7 PM. The counter person said that they did not have the Rx and should arrive by tomorrow at 4 PM. I asked shouldn't I have gotten a call if you did not have it on time. Her response,"No, we only call when we have it". How stupid does that sound, especially when it was stated that I can pick it up at 11 AM.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are patient and kind. I have been a customer for 10 years and the pharmacy has always taken extra steps to ensure that I am well informed about my medication and the medication for my family members. My only recommendation is that the store may need to update it's fixtures and decor. Their customer service is excellent.

Worst ever. I called the pharmacy twice. On hold 15+ minutes the first two times, and no one ever picked up. Called a third time and spoke to the front of the store. Asked them to tell the pharmacy to PICK UP. I was placed on hold for another 8 minutes, then the call was disconnected. The entire staff should be fired. Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. if I could give zero (or negative stars), I would. Terrible.

I see the complaints about this pharmacy go back YEARS and nothing has changed! They consistently mess up prescriptions and/or don't call providers to renew prescriptions in a timely fashion. I went to pick up a prescription for my Mother a week after I submitted it and they had not YET called the provider to get an update on an expired prescription. Meanwhile - the online pharmacy told me that both prescriptions were ready for pick up the previous Friday. They told me that they must have contacted the Dr. and the prescription was denied. REALLY - so if that is the case, why didn't someone contact me or follow up with the Dr again? Instead this prescription fell into a black hole where no one did ANYTHING! So my Mother is now out of this medication - and I'm waiting (a week later) for this process to start all over so I can finally get this medication.
