We greatly appreciate the service we received purchasing our washer & dryer
from Colonial. First, their pricing beat out the competition, making this the perfect opportunity to support a local business. Next, there wasn't a problem when we needed to reschedule delivery; a big bonus, as we hadn't finished our remodel. And finally, the delivery was an incredible entertaining event; those jovial gentlemen did a wonderful job navigating our challenging property to our complete satisfaction. Thanx!

Asked for a quote he was a little higher than other dealer stated a lower price to us to beat the competition but refused to put in writing. Very strange beware seems like a bait and switch on pricing

I purchased a Speed Queen washing machine at Colonial, it was competitively priced and the installation was prompt and efficient. Later, when my 2-year old refrigerator (which I had purchased elsewhere) failed, I went to Colonial to purchase a new unit. When I explained my problem, Colonial told me how to file a "sealed unit" warranty claim with the manufacturer, and said to keep pressing the manufacturer for a new (replacement) refrigerator. In one week, the manufacturer agreed to send a new unit. Colonial gave up a short-term opportunity to sell me a new refrigerator, but they gained a long-term customer because of their honesty and helpfulness.

Highly recommended!great prices and low stress environment. Quality appliance supplier with knowledgeable staff. Good selection. Low pressure. Got what I needed- basically a kitchen set. Range with oven and stove top, microwave with vent hood and dishwasher. All at a better price than big box stores! Easy ! In and out in 20 minutes! Delivered and installed a few days, they let me choose a convenient time. Installers were also very professional. Took care not to scratch floors/walls, left NO mess for me! Highly recommended!!

Alex and Carl are very knowledgeable about the products they sell as well as other products. They have low prices and great service and were able to have the range and microwave delivered quickly.
