The store was supposed to open at 10:45 AM, but it was still closed when I arrived at 10:55 AM. Even more frustrating was the complete lack of communication from the staff. They were inside the store, but none of them came to the door to explain the delay or provide any information. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and certainly not what I expect from Chipotle. I’ve always enjoyed my visits to Chipotle, but this incident has left me quite disappointed. I hope the management takes steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your location at 1260 Springfield ave , new provident, nj 07974 on 06/03/2024. According to your posted hours, the store is supposed to open at 10:45 AM. However, when I arrived at 10:55 AM, the store was not open.What made this experience particularly frustrating was the lack of communication from the staff. Despite being visible inside the store, the employees did not acknowledge my presence, nor did they make any effort to inform me about the delay or the actual opening time. This lack of basic customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Chipotle's commitment to customer satisfaction.I have always enjoyed dining at Chipotle, but this experience has left me disappointed. I hope that you will address this issue to ensure that it does not happen again in the future.

Supposedly double chicken is now single chicken. After telling them this, they argued with me.When telling the kid at the counter what I wanted, it seemed that all he knew how to say was “next, next.” I asked for rice without cilantro and was met with utter bitterness.When my friends told me that chipotle was going down hill, I didn’t expect it to be like this…

I ordered a bowl with guacamole on the app. I picked up my order and when i looked inside there was no guac. I went back and asked where it was and they said there “was no more guac.” I told them i already paid for it and they then took some from the back and gave me some? Why didnt they just give it to me when i ordered it? Or tell me when i picked it up? Horrifying customer experience

Not enough quantity. Seems like they are trained to give small portions watched employee give small portion to other guests… must be this location they are trying to cut corners save on food costs I’m just not used to this at other

Just had last night one of the most perfect burrito bowls I’ve ever had, courtesy of this location. Every ingredient was in the perfect (sometimes appropriately heavy) proportion and spread evenly down the entire length of the bowl. You know the rare bowls where no matter where you are in the bowl, you’re getting a little bit of everything? It was one of those. Thanks fam.

I ordered a rice and chicken bowl for takeout, barely had any food in it. The bowl wasn't even filled half way up, this is the 3rd time this happened. Gotta review this place now and its sucky spot to get any chipotle here.

Be careful when eating their burritos, I just received a burrito tonight from Uber eats. There was lots of brown small hairs on the outside of my burrito about 2 inches long. It was thrown directly into the trash. Good luck at this location I will not be returning.

We ordered a rice bowl and a salad bowl. Our host gave us half of the portion that any other Chipotle usually gives. For each question, she asked us twice. But, the food was still decent.
