Bubble Run did a thorough examination, kept me informed throughout, performed the work the same day and even came to pick me up when it was done. “Tremendous service from Ken and his upholstery shampoo person after dog decided to poop and sit in it in the backseat of our daughter's car. Despite the fact that they were full up in their detailing center, they found a way to not only take us at a reasonable price, but to fit us in within an hour after the disturbing and smelly event and to do an excellent job. We highly recommend Madison car wash for their customer service and the exceptional quality of their work.”

“Decent car wash in the neighborhood. Friendly staff. Quick and easy. Took plus service. Noticed cleaning spray puddle in front cup holder which I had to ask to redo(not major thing but something to improve). Cleaning are after wash is sticky and slippery due to wax so be careful.”

“Excellent service. A little expensive. But after my car was out of the wash. A school of workers that was so fast, that I thought my car was going to be stripped and sold for parts. It was surely clean. The car wash visit, which was ten minutes, was short of a complete inside out detailing. Top notch! TOP NOTCH!!”

“I come here quite often, and I generally find them good but when they are busy, they do rush a bit. Plus I have a Subaru Forrester and they charge an extra three dollars as a small SUV. I don’t really understand what the difference is between my car and a sedan since they would have to clean out the trunk on a sedan. At any rate, I pay that every time but then today as I was walking towards the entrance after leaving my car, one of the workers ran after me and said that I would have to pay an extra two dollars because my cargo area was dirty. I had a bundle of wood I bought at ShopRite in it, so there were some small chips of wood but I would not say it was by any means overly dirty. Another worker stopped him and said never mind don’t charge it but it still felt odd. And the worker who said not to charge me then turned to me and said, if they ever do that again, just say no. Which again, seems sort of strange.”
“I’m a working class guy and constantly throw leaf blowers and such in bed of my truck. I took my truck to get washed and the gentleman at the gate informed me I had a blower and a trash barrel in the bed (I forgot was there) he said not a problem put off to the side and I’ll bring it to you up front. Non the less I purchased a monthly plan. Guys are nice and accommodating. Keep up good work.”

“Hands down the best car wash in the area. Yes, the wait can quite long but they genuinely do a great job. They take their time to make sure every inch of the car is cleaned and dried properly (which you normally would not get from a car wash that’s $25ish). I have black rims that are a total pain to clean and they always do the best they can to get them as clean as possible and I don’t expect them to come out sparkling clean because that would require a full detailing service. If you’re looking for a good and relatively inexpensive car wash this the place to go to.”
