Lynn Boyer is extraordinarily talented in the world of suburban real estate. She has intimate knowledge of the Summit-Chatham-New Providence area and has good contacts among local realtors. We consulted her when it was time for us to downsize from our two-story colonial. After telling her what we were looking for, she guided us in finding the best possible match within our price range. Most helpfully, she explained the advantages and disadvantages of all the properties she showed us. If Lynn thought that a particular house was unsuitable, she did not hesitate to tell us why. We looked at a variety of townhouses, condos and one-story ranch houses before finding just the right one. As an attorney, Ken had past experience in house closings, but Lynn added valuable insights. When selling, the most difficult task is pricing. You must set the price to reflect what the house is really worth, but not too high so as to discourage bidders. Lynn knows the changing market, which varies from day to day, and helped us find the sweet spot for listing our house. She sold our house over a single weekend at a price above asking. Both as buyers and sellers, we are exceedingly satisfied with Lynn’s performance.Ken and Judith Springer

I did not have a good experience working with this realtor. I didn't feel well-represented. It made a stressful situation even more difficult. A major disappointment.

Their realtor did absolutely nothing to sell my home..... They sent a photographer who took amazing photos and then an open house every 2 weeks, and nothing more.... 5 1/2 months in, and we've had less than 20 showings.... Only two things wrong when a house doesn't sell- the realtor and the price. My bad, I picked the realtor. She created the price and offered no guidance along the way, without any feedback from potential buyers, nor any advice on how to sell the property. Homes all around me are selling, and nothing, not an offer, not even a second viewing, for this I blame the realtor. Shame on you Berkshire Hathaway!!!!!

I have been a realtor at Berkshire Hathaway since 2009 and have had nothing but great experiences with management and colleagues. This New Providence office and it's agents have a great reputation for fair dealing, hard work and honesty. Don't take my word for it, just ask any other local realtor.

Recently was in the process of purchasing a property with Mike Del Duca as the seller's realtor. To say it was a terrible experience is an understatement. He is the kind of realtor that gives others a bad name. He is not only unprofessional but immature and rude. Stay far away whether you or listing your home for sale or buying.

Recently dealt with a realtor by the name of Mike Del Duca, to say that he is unprofessional and immature is an understatement. Would never recommend or enter into any deal with his name on it. Do yourself a favor- stay away.
