I do have moments with this bank sometimes with certain employees that don't know how to do certain things, but we've been in a pandemic for over a year, people need to get over themselves... The fact that I had my full issue resolved in less than 24 hours, and was given follow up instructions, a card, and a smiling face after this hard 18 months shows that this person cares about their career, their customer service, and, overall, their relationships with the customers who regularly come into the branch.
