I recently had to get an oil change and had a check engine light. The team at Frank’s was very responsive and able to schedule my car for a same week visit. They were very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and helped fix the issues quickly. They communicated wonderfully throughout the entire process from scheduling, providing estimates, and resolution. The car now runs smooth and great. I would recommend Frank’s for any vehicle servicing.

The team was able to fit my car into the schedule last minute before the holidays in order to prepare for a long drive. I’m grateful for the shop’s customer support and flexibility while fixing diagnosing and fixing the car’s O2 sensor so quickly. I’ll continue to take my car here as my car has never run so good as it has now since I started going to Frank’s. Thank you so much.”

“From start to finish I had a great experience with all of the employees at Bimmer Hub. I felt that they recommended repairs based on actual testing and not just assuming its the most common cause of that symptom. Additionally I feel that they recognize the value of their work and the benefit of good costumer service. I didn't feel that they tried to upsell me any necessary repairs and they documented/photographed the reasons behind their recommendations. Also have to find out what car wash they use because I don't think my car has ever been that clean after going through the automatic wash.”

“Nice staff! Great service. My mom has been coming here and so I trust her recommendation. I needed to get the AC in my car fixed and was told somewhere else that it was my compressor and it would’ve cost me $1200 for the part not including labor. I ended up coming here turns out it wasn’t my compressor at all just an old relay and I paid a 50% fraction. Always get a second opinion and ask why when quoted for something. Anthony and Charlie were the ones assisting me and had no problem educating me. And a special shoutout to Ace for bringing the laughter. Great team work!”

“I couldn't give a second review so im adding to this one. My buick was in an accident and from step 1 to step 10 Nelson was there. He is one of the easiest people to deal with id advse anyone that goes there to ask for he he brakes everything down. I calld him off the hook and he never gave me anything but the highest service. When he didn't have an answer he would call back by end of day with an update couldn't ask for more. As far as the body work you cannot tell it was hit there is no orange peal at all it looks stock. They delivered it cleaner than what i gave to them. I couldn't thank Nelson and the rest of the staff enuff i will recommend them to everyone.
I took my maserati in for bumper repair turn around time was faster than expected. I was dealing with a gentleman named Nelson he mad the process very smooth treating the car as if it was his own. He took the time to go over the car before, and after. I didn't feel he sold me on anything he showed me there work and that was it I knew I made the right choice. I had him also do full paint correction and ceramic coating. When I picked it up I was looking for orange peel I couldn't find any an absolute flawless job by his crew. I couldn't be happier”
