Just switched fromT-Mobile to Verizon and had a great experience with Andy at the New Milford Store .He really know his stuff and he was happy to help with getting all of our information set up on our new phones . Will be back to see Andy for anything verizon related .

I was in desperate need of 2 new iphones and was worried about the process. Then I met Andy and life changed for the better. I could not have met a more professional, understanding and patient rep. It really made the whole process seamless and actually enjoyable. I would recommend this location and specifically Andy to anyone who is "scared" of the upgrade process.Morris B

Worst verizon service ever during my 18 yrs verizon customer experience!!! I called before I visited and explained the issue and they told me to come. When I got there, they refused to even look into small technical issue of my new phone that was purchased from verizon.. they asked me to pay $60 for any technical issue for them to even look at it which i've never heard of it in any other verizon stores. I felt I was racially discriminated. I may sue them.

Jack is the nicest person ever. He is always a pleasure at helping me with my phone needs. He makes you feel at home. This store has nice hard working workers. My experience was always great. I totally recommend to get your new phone here, it’s really fast paced!
