Horrible customer service.i had to return a watermelon which was not good at all.and the lady on the counter barely said hello to me or apologize about that.after she refunded me I said thank you and left.No response from her.she didn’t even look at me all the time.very rude.

Wanted to buy some lox and 3 out of 4 had no clue where is was. Finally the last girl I asked was able to help me. The cashier was very friendly and helped me bag.

Store is great, the staff not so much. It was a big deal this morning that I split a bunch of bananas (like normal people do in a grocery store) and got the biggest attitude and was stared at. If you want to complain about YOUR customers, wait until they’re not in your presence. Highly unprofessional.

Their On-Line Pick-Up is horrible. I wait 45 minutes every time I go. Today I waited 45 minutes and they hadn't even completed picking the order so they told me to comeback. I complained to the store manager and all it was was excuses. He could of at least offered to deliver it. I'm done with this store.

Big store with a lot of selection. Great pricing the same as other Shoprites. But like every supermarket within the same chain, they don't carry the same stuff. This place is twice the size of the Englewood ShopRite. Be prepared to get your walk minutes in, lol. Looking for the same stuff that Englewood carries but they don't. ?

Neighborhood vibe. Seem to be out of a number of items they use to carry; guess because they're relocating soon they're reducing on-hand stock. UPDATE - Seems like they had everything we were looking for. Crowded for a Tuesday evening. Nice experience. UPDATE 2 - Another nice experience late on a Thursday evening. I definitely recommend this location. Shelves are stocked and sale items are easy to find.
