Although he was a uniformed UPS driver he was not an employee of the specific UPS Store I was going to. It was very thoughtful and memorable for that driver to have assisted me that way. I love UPS.”

“I come to this UPS location regularly and have never experience anything but stellar customer service. Ed, Drew, and the weekend staff are always friendly and helpful.To those complaining about the cost of printing or boxes, yes supplies (including paper) have gone up everywhere.And I’ve also been told they need the outside brown box but they showed me where it says “customer packed” on the return code. In that case, it needs to be in the right box. I have never experienced this UPS trying to upsell.This is a busy location and I think the staff is doing that best they can moving the queue and answering questions. Give them a break, and a smile!”
