Karem was extremely helpful and understood my wants and needs when I started the process to purchase a multifamily house as a real state investor, once we found the property, she fearlessly negotiated the transaction, she stepped in while I was away for business (out of country), Very impressed by how organized and knowledgeable she is on handling all aspects of the transaction, she was always available to answer any question or doubts I had at all times. I would recommend her to everyone I know that is looking to purchase a home, specially first time home buyers, as she will guide you and make sure you understand the whole process step by step, as I worked with her, it showed her years of experience in this business by the way she made my experience a of home buying process a happy and flawless experience.

We can't say enough...In one of the toughest matkets she helped us navigate through the process of finding our dream home. Even when we had offers not accepted she kept us positive and optimistic always encouraging us and finding us properties that fit our needs. I can truly say she was the difference.
