I had been going to a local shop in Bergenfield for decades, and after they closed this January I needed to find a new shop to bring my vehicle for service. Two different people recommended Doyle’s, so I called to schedule an oil change.
I spoke to Andrew to make the appointment and he was extremely pleasant and accommodating to my schedule. They sent texts to confirm and reminder of the appointment. Christine greeted me when I dropped off my truck and told me that they’d send a text and call when the service is complete, and they did exactly that. The text had a link to inspection results telling me precisely what was done and what may need service in the future (brake pads & 2 tires). Christine called, took payment over the phone & set up a lockbox for me so I could pickup after hours.
This shop is the best of both worlds. You get the technological convenience of a large brand/chain with the hospitality and attention of a local small business. Their communication was top notch, their pricing was competitive & their service was excellent. I’m really happy to have found a new service center and looking forward to bringing my vehicles for service for decades to come.

I was adamant about bringing my car to a mechanic due to dishonesty and over price jobs. Unfortunately, I don’t have the time anymore to check engines and fix it myself. I love my cars and take good care of them.
For my 05 Acura and over 225 k miles, I decided to check Doyle’s Automotive and what a great decision it was.They are Local, friendly, easy to book, fast service, and awesome communication. I will definitely bring my cars for future needs. Highly recommended.

I want to thank Ryan and all his employees for the great work they did on my new 2023 Ford F150 they installed a nice rough country lift in one day and I had my vehicle back and it looks awesome.

Unprofessional business owner, who bad mouths loyal customers, Ryan the owner needs to practice better business ethics, there are many affordable, automotive repair facilities, that perform quality work & don't charge extra for tire rotations & diagnostics.

Great set of people here. I've been to a few locations and these guys actually look out for their customers. What I could have done blindly asking them to replace what I thought was wrong (near 2000$ my estimate) they went what I felt was out of their way to really look over my breaks and find the real issue and repairing it at a fraction of the cost. They we're very upfront about everything . And even mentioned additional items that I should look into at specialty locations. It's not often I come across a really stand up location. They did great work on my truck and I would be happy to return for anything in the future. Highly recommend.
