We absolutely love it here and Jennie from the leasing office is fantastic. I love how much space the apartments have and the view is just amazing. Not to mention the maintenance workers are incredible! So happy to have found a home here.

I would suggest to stay away from this apartments. Insulation is horrible and during winter electric bill would go up i.e. 400$ appx/month. That's an avg bill during winter. If you complain for insulation where cold air blows near the windows or from below the doors, management doesn't fix it.
Goose poop is all over the place and if you get the tenant with dog on your top, good luck having sound sleep. Also half time laundry machines don't work. So you have to go out to get your laundry done. There are lots of other good apartments around the place in similar price range. Good luck.

I've been here a month and I love it so far! I have a large, spacious apartment with hardwood floors. The neighbors are nice. Even the geese, who leave presents for you every day! But I love the view and the wildlife! As for flooding, the aparment is on the banks of the hackensack river. So it will happen. The management here is excellent. The tennants know the manager her by name and speak very well of her. There is one strange thing about this area of New Milford. There are daily alarms/sirens that go off. I haven't figured out rhyme or reason to it yet.

I find apartment complex reviews always littered with over-exaggerations on negatives, so I'm going to give the real skinny.
Pro -
- Jenny may be the best landlady on earth. She let us move in early and when we were moving out we had no idea the exact day we left. When we were leaving, we didn't know the exact day we would leave, and she was very flexible with that too.
- One of the cheapest and biggest bang for your book places to live in bergen county.
Cons
- The area can flood on heavy rains. Make sure to live AWAY from the river
- You WILL lose power during heavy storms. We lost power for a week during Sandy. A day here and there on snow storms
- Goose poop. They do have a groundskeeper that keeps the place as tidy as possible.
Overall, this is a "get what you pay for place." It was still very comfortable living, and would still recommend it to people looking for a bargain rental in Bergen County.
