“Della is great but Director of Operations for online banking needs to be replaced. I uploaded all my bills to online banking but it couldn't find one of my bills. I went to the bank we spoke to the Director on the phone and without asking any questions about what bill it was or trying to find a resolution he flatly says to just send a check out for that bill. I can see why that bank is so far behind on everything.”

From the first greeting hello until she walked us out the door was excellent! We had a lot of things to maneuver around and the patience and assistance she showed could not have been better. The coworker next to her was also very pleasant and was just as helpful and patient with her customers from what I could see. I wish I got her name as well so I could compliment her by name.
