Handy Acres Farm is a well established horse boarding stable in New Egypt, NJ, serving the community since 1997. It offers a fun loving atmosphere where kids learn about the simple life on the farm. The farm provides a wide range of services including horse boarding, riding lessons, pony rides, carriage rides, wagon rides, and trail rides. The farm is highly recommended for its trail rides, which are described as the best in New Jersey. The scenic and relaxing hour-long trail ride goes through the vineyard at the Laurita Winery across the street, offering amazing views. The horses are amazing, very well trained, and suitable for all levels of experience, including those with zero riding experience. The owner and instructors are extremely friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. They provide a comfortable and personable experience, going above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and is fantastic. It is a great place for a delightful and highly recommended experience.
Booked a trail ride for my father for his birthday and he is still talking about it 3 days later. Holly and her staff were very accommodating and friendly and we thank them so much!
