Called about a prescription, was left on hold for 8 minutes after which they hung up. Called again and was told they were not sure how to help.

The female manager here is disgusting and has no phone etiquette what-so-ever. She continuously picked up the phone and put me on hold without saying hello or hold on because she was a punk and didn't want to speak to me. I know the Walgreens is in the hood but she didn't have to be a product of her environment. The manager was on duty on 1/26/24 at 2:20 PM!!!!

Every time I order online, they cancel some product. Or they cancel me completely. I don't understand if they have that service why they do it. It's just a waste of time with this store.

Items are randomly placed throughout the store. This location is a mess. Above all, there are boatloads of homeless people who ask you for change at the entrance and block you from leaving the store.

I scheduled a Covid test and they were trying to charge me 182 when I have insurance that covers it, I told them that didn’t make sense to me when I’m covered, I went home called horizon nj health and they representative told me I was covered, and they had me waiting to hear this lie for 15 minutes in there drive thru , I always come to this Walgreens I really don’t like how I was just treated

The care is very bad, I bought a medication that the insurance covers and the person who treated me said that they did not make me pay for it, they did not tell me that another pharmacy would accept my insurance, today I would buy it at the New Brunswick pharmacy, those who work there are unconscious beings, it takes a while to wait. and in their conversations they seem to ignore the client ???

Hi, I have not seen worst job applying service like this before.I applied a cashier position at New Brunswick Walgreen and I didn’t receive any response about my application. I went 3nd times to the store to meet to the manager. Although one of the supervisors called to the store manager for me, she didn’t meet me. She replied her employee about my application to wait.After 1 month, when I called to the manager who picked up the phone and I said, I came 3 times to meet you about my application. Then she hung up the phone to disconnect. I didn’t realized how she treat me , so I called again, I apologized her for disconnected phone conversation , but she rudely treated me like that “I am gonna look up your application “ and hung up the phone again that is second time. She didn’t listen my conversation. I didn’t know how she rudely treated me like that. I just wanted to know about my application that rejected or not. I just want to say , don’t waste time applying a job at the New Brunswick Walgreen.

If a negative review could be given, it would be the case. Never have I received worst service. Went to pick up Chemo meds from my Grandmother. Along with 3 other customer we were left clueless when after waiting for medications the pharmacy closed. All 3 of us were near the pharmacy area and non were called. After we all went to the so called manager, all he said there was nothing he could do because the window was closed. This is disrespectful beyond believe. Will NEVER return to this store. I noticed the 3.2 on Google and I sad: “it cannot be this bad”…IT IS!Never spend your money where your not treated with respect.
