I had an issue with my screen so I went to Apple to see if they could fix the issue but were charging way too much. I came here and the store was nicely set up. The staff is also friendly. I waited around 10 minutes to get my screen repair it was very quick and the phone was like brand new! They even added a screen protector which was very nice of them. Pricing is very good and reasonable10/10- atmosphere10/10- service10/10- staff100% recommend this place

The service at this store is highly unprofessional and unreliable. They provide a promised date for phone repairs, only to repeatedly offer excuses for the delay. This has occurred multiple times, and their lack of transparency is concerning. I would not recommend this store to anyone.After reading the response from the owner I have to say:Nothing but excuses after excuses.I'm sorry, but it seems like you are making excuses for not being efficient and reliable. You assured me that the repair would be completed the next day because you receive orders daily, yet you admit that you forgot to add my part to the order, which was your mistake. Then, the next day, my part arrived late in the evening due to UPS delays, which you claim you have no control over. We never tried to discuss this issue yesterday.It's incredibly disappointing to see that you are not acknowledging the truth and displaying such carelessness , especially considering your claim to be a very responsible store.

Fantastic store that I would highly recommend. Everybody was a professional, and Danny gave me fast service and a great price. A definite find! I had a charging port replaced In under 30 minutes and got a 30 day warranty.

Highly recommend! Swapped out a bad pin on my s22 ultra. Had to solder it to the board but was able to get me out the door in less than an hour and for less than a hundred bucks. A solid shop!

I thought I might have to spend between $80 and $100 to resolve the charging issue with my iPhone 11. After contacting several iPhone repair centers, I found that they were charging high prices without even examining the phone. However, I then discovered VIP Repair Center in New Brunswick. A staff member there, Mary, was exceptional and suggested a basic troubleshooting and cleaning process instead of immediately opting to replace the charging port. I had been experiencing the charging issue for some time and was eager to resolve it. Mary performed the basic procedures and, to my surprise, it worked perfectly! She charged me a nominal fee for her services, and now my phone is functioning well. Mary also assured me that if the issue returns, she would replace the part without adding a service charge, charging only for the part itself. I'm very grateful to VIP Repair Center and especially to Mary for her help.

For several months I could not use a cable to charge my Samsung Galaxy 10+ phone because I would get a moisture detection warning. I tried multiple suggestions on Youtube that claimed to resolve the issue but none of them worked. I had resigned to using wireless charging that was not always convenient. One day last month I went to a repair shop in East Brunswick Mall to see if they could fix it. The owner said it was either the port or a chip in the phone (which was expensive) and could require leaving it for several days. I decided I would have to think about it. I was driving through New Brunswick on my way home and saw the sign for VIP Repair LLC and decided to pull over and stop in. They replaced the port in about 15 minutes which resolved the problem and for a price that was much less than the shop in East Brunswick quoted. I waited about a month to give a review just to make sure the warning didn’t come back but so far it continues to charge with the cable without a moisture warning. I wholeheartedly recommend VIP and definitely would go back to them if I have any repair needs in the future.

VIP Repair is by far the best place to go to for any damage devices u may have. I’ve been going to them for years and trust me, I haven’t had any issues or problems with the repairs they did on any of my devices. Their prices are better than all the other places I’ve been to before I found about VIP Repair. I highly recommend VIP Repair if u ever need to fix a phone, tablet or laptop. They do it all.

I had repaired a Samsung note 20 ultra. They mention that the screen is original.. but looks like it is not. The screen doesn't fit properly, and I see there are gaps on the sides. There are no parking near the shop. I was searching for a parking near the shop and I was 5 mins late. They are very rude in the way they convey that message as if I am getting the screen for free. Also, they are very expensive for a duplicate screen and I am dine paying that money and I would request the owner of the shop to learn some customer friendliness because they are not doing a free service.
