Not sure why so many people have left poor reviews, but I have been to this post office more than a dozen times and every single time I’ve had an excellent experience. The staff is always super friendly, fast and helpful. The only difficulty is finding parking sometimes, but even if I’m paying 50 cents to park down the street it’s totally worth it because of how quick and friendly their service is!

It's getting better than before. It's not very crowded in the morning, and one of the two counters is open. If there is no one in charge, ring the bell and someone will come from the back. If possible, I think it would be more convenient if they introduced an opportunity to do it on their own.

Sharon the old Asian was so unprofessional and rude. She didn’t give me the option to email myself the receipt and selected the option herself then proceeded to sound as if I were in the wrong for asking. I’m certain this is the old lady everyone keeps writing one star reviews for

Employee here are professional and nice. The customer service is much better than the one in highland park.

Dropped package in box and the package wasn’t even scan on the date it was there yet nothing to track.. hopefully it arrives and can be tracked never has this issue with other post offices

My mails have been always delivered on time.Employees are professional and nice. I noticed that people coming to the post office are not always polite with the staff. I think people should also be polite to the employees of this post office.It would be nice if the post office get a fresh renovation.

I was this morning and the women on the customer service was so helpful for me, it was my first time shipping and she gave me the right orientation and talked to me about the things I needed to do.
