I have the unlimited package with the works. Bought that thinking, I’ll just come more often to keep the car clean. However, my car looks just as dirty as I bring it in each time. I went there 3 days over a span of 3 weeks and my car comes out with same dirt on outside and marks on inside. I tell them please pay attention to it as I’ve been there 3 times to have it taken care of. They just don’t get it. People are paying to get a clean car not making a donation. Please read the low reviews… they’ve scratched cars and people are saying a lot of the same things! Will be cancelling my membership and trying a different place. The owner’s response is to go to the manager with issues, but it’s every time, I don’t have time to train their staff every time I’m there.

The wash is advertised at 1599. Since I have an SUV it adds three dollars and then another charge to use my credit card to pay. So my $15 wash is actually $21. They don’t even wipe it down well when it’s done.

There is nothing more annoying than paying for the best car wash and telling them to make sure they clean the seats well and leave them the same. It's the only thing I didn't like because the rest of the service was very good.
