I’ve been using this location almost daily because the local post office service is awful and an increasing number of vendors won’t ship to a PO box. This UPS Store is faster, friendlier and far more convenient. Great owners and staff and I’m able to ship and receive anything at this location. The cost of a mailbox is less than what the post office was charging me and there’s no contract. I get text message alerts as soon as mail or packages arrive and I don’t have to worry about my packages being stolen from my front door.

I saw a marked improvement in the quality of service here and it's absolutely top notch now. The employees are super efficient and business like. The store looks clean and well maintained. However to grow a business you need employees (at least one) who put some effort on upselling - like the kind you seen in a McDonald's. Currently I just zip in and out and almost always to make an Amazon Prime return.

This is not the location itself, but UPS has really gone to the dogs. I paid online for a shipping label for two day shipping. The email that delivered the label had a broken link, and the customer service representative on call at UPS (not this location) told me there was a technical glitch in the system that she could do nothing about. I then tried repeatedly over 4 days to "try again later" and get the label for a shipment I had paid for. I can no longer trust them with valuable packages, if the company is now so incompetent before the package is even received for delivery, and so frequently incompetent that they cannot afford to compensate the customer for their incompetence (I expected the billing department to pay for next-day delivery since they know the issue and are aware that many shipments are likely delayed over this online glitch). Fedex is marginally more expensive but 2-day means 2days for shipping, not 2 days plus 4 days to figure out how to ship.

The staff at this UPS store are always incredibly friendly and helpful! This location is also super convenient to walk to from my apartment.

It's ok. But I pay every 3 months, and so many times I didn't get mail for those 3 months. I know it's not their fault, but they should have monthly payments available instead, it makes it easier for people who are on a fixed income. Other than that, it's fine.

Came in today to do an Amazon return. Pretty simple. The nasty woman who I believe is the manager had an attitude and was blatantly disrespectful. When confronted on her attitude she tried to reverse it on me the customer. She gave an attitude when I could not recall which item HER employee scanned. I'm sorry am I supposed to be keep track of your work? Won't be returning the customer service is subpar plenty of other UPS stores around! I don't know her first name but the last name was Patel.

it took them 3 weeks to tell me they couldn't print my business cards after I called multiple times for an update just to have my call deflected. They could've handled this a lot better, complete waste of time.

Don't go here for passport pictures. They charge a whopping $18 dollars just to take the passport picture and email it to you - and they don't bother checking if meets the requirements beyond just the size of the picture. The picture they gave me didn't meet the US government's standards - taking 30 seconds to check that with the governments passport photo tool would have showed them this. They also can't be bothered to respond to emails about the problem.

I must say that this is by far the best UPS I’ve been to! Kinjal is the best! My one stop shop for all my needs! Their print options are amazing, fast and accurate customer service! 5 stars from me!
