I visited SA on Handy St., NB yesterday to donate bags of clothing, toys and stuffed animals for Christmas. The lady advised me the bin/dumpster located o/s was full, and the truck which is supposed to collect the contents hasn't done its job. I'm very disappointed that people are not doing their jobs to provide joy to the children. They did not accept my donation because of that.I had another bad experience last year when I arrived there, only to find they were closed. It was a weekday , a week before Christmas.

This place is extremely picky and racist on who they are willing to help I wonder why the Latino community does so well there and others don't if you don't believe it read some of the comments or go yourself so greedy on things they get for free

I have been calling for information for christmas assistance since October 1st once a week for the whole month of october and was told to call back because it was not open to accept application. I called today Nov 3rd and the lady told me its over that enrollment happened 2 weeks ago. Its sad that they lied to me, when i have been calling every week in Octber for information to sign my children up. Christmas this year will be hard for us. Thank you for not caring!!
