Went into the store looking for a pair of work boots. Was greeted by Drew and his Customer service was absolutely top tier. He was knowledgeable and very patient and helped me pick out the most perfect boots. Thanks Again Drew! I would definitely recommend going to this store.

The gentleman was very patient and informative. He was helpful in finding the right size shoe for the mens section. The women’s section didn’t have enough choices in my size and he offered to try the mens shoe. It worked and the shoe fits fine.

Went in today to buy boots with a store credit gift card from my work. Both salesman were very helpful and helped me pick a boot in that price range. Would definitely recommend this place to buy boots!

Visited the store today for a pair of work boots. Excellent experience! Keith spent a great deal of time with me trying out shoes in different sizes and widths. Javier spent time with me getting my size ironed out using their digital system to map my foot.Thanks for spending so much time with me and earning a new customer!

Excellent service. The selection of supremely high-quality footwear, with exceptional warranty and extended service options, is unparalleled in any other brand-name retail location. David, in particular, was extremely helpful, and helped me try on dozens of different pairs of boots in several various sizes, ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS, before I found the ideal fit. He was never annoyed by my pickiness, even after I came back and did it all over again with a return of the boots I bought the first time. It was super pleasant to have someone knowledgeable, like David, cater to my needs and help me till the very end. Huge shout out to Red Wing and David for their superior quality AND customer service. I need top-of-the-line boots for my job, and I will definitely be back here to get good maintenance products, re-soleing services, and leading quality footwear in the future.

I came into the store looking for a specific pair of boots. Teron was very patient and helpful and made sure that I got the right size. I didn't know my true foot size! I wanted to get a pair of insoles too, and Teron took the time to make sure that I got the correct one. There is a custom insole service, and it's all digital; Teron knew exactly what he was doing so that I received the correct insole. Great customer service! Xavier was there on another day for a boot return and he was very helpful too. As to the boots themselves, the boots from Red Wing are very comfortable for long hikes; because I have the boots as well as the insoles, my feet never hurt, no matter how many miles I walk per day (4 to 8 miles on average). Great store! I will be back.

Great place with GREAT people!I arrived, not too sure which pair I wanted to get, and the manager guided me through the process of what worked best for me. The knowledge he had is more than I ever expected for a shoe store and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends!

The sales rep in the store was clueless. I wish I knew his name he wore glasses. I went in with a voucher from my job to get boots he showed me a great pair of boots and when we were getting ready to check out he just realized he couldn't sell them to me because they were only five and a half inches high and not six. So I kept repeating myself why did you show me these so he finally got nasty and said I said I was sorry huffed and puffed and walked away. Needless to say he's lucky my girlfriend was there. I would not go back to the store I believe there's one in Elizabeth try your luck there.

As soon as I came into this store, David really made sure to help me get exactly what I needed. The customer service was phenomenal! He made me leave the store with the shoes I was 100% content with, not minding any shoes I asked for, mind you there was probably 10 pairs. He also serviced the shoes for me. And I would definitely recommend and go there again.
