I had a good experience delivering here. Arrived 10 minutes before appointment and within a hour I was out of there. The door I got was tight though, had to unhook from trailer and park on the side to avoid blocking traffic but it wasn’t terrible. If you’re navigating using copilot to get here it will route to use an entrance by the next door building that is blocked so keep that in mind.

I was kinda worried reading the reviews of this place, I ended up breaking down and missing my 730am appointment by 2 hours and they got me in as fast as possible and out. Got here at 930am and I was out at 1130am.Park Infront of the gate to the side that way the local guys can run in and out and you not be in the way, you'll see 2 blue doors with mirrored tint to your left, go through there and you'll see a tiny window and thats where you'll talk to somebody about your delivery for primesource. Stay safe boys and girls ???

To all truckers:‼️‼️‼️‼️Never ever come here for delivery‼️‼️‼️Regardless of ur appointment, there is a jungle.No one cares about ur appointment time or how long have u been waiting to get a door.They even do not take a look on ur bol, what u have ?!Predict at least 5 hrs to get a door, and another 3 hrs to get u out of here.Good luck

Very bed company today I went there to drop the load at 10 Am I went in check in office the said to me I should wait outside someone will come to you so I was waiting in the truck with in 5 minutes aa black guy came to me and started argument with me he said why you came inside the yard why didn’t you wait outside so I answered that at 10 o’clock is my appointment so I’m there on right time then he given me door 14 and started unloading the Trailer after unloading I checked my Trailer it was damaged from both sides wall with forklift fingers please be carefulThank you

Put them on the "last resort load" list. Appt was for 11:30. Paperwork from Owen's Corning said STRICT APPT time. Got here at 10:45. Guy told to park next to the gate and to wait on a guy on an orange forklift and to make sure to not give him a reason to miss me. About 11:55 the orange guy comes and takes my Paperwork and says he doesn't think my appointment is until tomorrow. I say NO it's for today at 11:30 and that the guy I checked in with supposedly verified that. He said well I have the schedule I'll check. I guess he went on lunch cause it's now going on noon and he hasn't came back. Smh. Looks like the earlier reviews were correct. I usually don't give folks low stars. But companies with strict appointment times that turn around and burn up your clock with long check ins and waiting on a dock....they deserve it.

My appointment was at 7:30AM.They're taking loads in order of importance for some reason.Since mine is not next, I have to wait some more the forklift guy said.They even took in 4 trucks before the truck that's before me. He's been here since 07:00. Now is 5PM and just got a door. Make your conclusion.

One of the worse place to come . My appointment was at 9am I been here since 8.30am still no dock and its 1.14PM.... never coming to this place ever again and will let other know not to come here ... stupid people in....
