Being customer for over 20 years, store used to be good, now the counter service or by phone Sucks, people with attitude and lack of professionalism, this is the worst store now.

I was trying to find out when and where I purchased my battery from a while ago because I needed a new one. So I was told by one store employee at store 1 that all they needed was my telephone number to look it up. Did that no problem, not it.
Store 2 called up this time employee said they can not do that, I told the lady it was just done at the first store put me on hold then said ok what is it. Did that, not it.
Store 3 New Brunswick ask them to look up number and person told me we don't do that. Told him that other 2 stores were able to and that you have the same system. Person told me to hold because he had customer. waited no response called back person told me that there must be some miscommunication on my end because they don't do that. then put me on hold before I can speak. no response call back this time he told me to give him battery number, he looked it up and told me that this a 2021 battery. This does not tell me if I bought here or not. Very disappointed with this employee because I did not get my answer when all other stores were able to answer question. I can't imagine getting help for other things at this store. Sorry but people need to understand customer support. If it's too much to handle and don't to do your job then find something else.

They were the only ones that had my part, BUT because of the HORRIBLE RUDE SERVICE. I chose to not even bother buying from them. The guy that answered the phone was being real nasty and rude I will NEVER GO TO THEM

Remembering that time when they scammed me on a return. Not joking, it happened. Took the part, never got the credit back. Had to report it to my bank. I would understand or have a better feeling about what happened, but the fact is I got a “I don’t care about You, your business, or your money vibe.” About the whole scenario. Hey Corporate, hope you’re reading, this is text book stuff.

It's so neat like a showroom .I miss the old days when there were like 5 auto parts stores if not more in New Brunswick .I bought a can of duplicator flat black rust rep / primer over $16But advance/ auto zone almost same price.The difference I could see is Napa is well staffed & ready to try n help !
