This lady is very rude, and unprofessional. Send my daughter to her for braids, she refused to comb her hair, she had the nerve to tell me my daughter is old enough to comb her hair alone. Her attitude stink! I’m not sure who she think she is, but this lady doesn’t deserve to get hard working family’s money. she treats customer like S&&t. Don’t waste your time or money going to her.

Took my daughter in last minute. The other salon that we were supposed to go to, the stylists never showed up. The style was beautiful. I would recommend them. The stylist was friendly. My future goto place.

First & last time I will go to this place.The owner is rude & unprofessional! I’m the first customer to come in.. She sees my hair & says “Wow you have a lot of hair” She then hands me a comb, hair dryer & grease to start detangling my hair. I’m paying her for a service, there’s no reason I should be touching my hair while I’m at your business in your chair! She decided she wouldn’t do my hair b/c I wanted long waist length box braids. Cool! So I waited about 10-15 for the other hair dresser to arrive. The girl that did my hair was nice to me. As the girl was doing my hair the owner was saying something about charging me more.. Once the girl finishes my hair she says “Next time is going to be more , it took a long time! Listen, I bought my own brading hair & was sitting there for 7 hours! On the phone she said she was charging $180 for box braids , but then wanted to change the price afterwards? The hairstyle is already overpriced anyway! Question is why open up a braiding business if you find thick hair or braiding a burden?? Why try to scam your clients , tell them one thing & try to switch up? As a business owner you should have a set price for your service & not change last minute b/c you feel like it!
