very disappointed with the metro service. transferred my number from AT&T to metro and the number was never transferred correctly and at&t pulled the number again and charged me 65 dollars for a service that was never provided. and I'm sure I'm not the only client that this happens to. These people are stealing from people. The worst company you can have is this one. YOU ARE thieves

My husband went to this store yesterday to buy my son a iPhone XR 10 for his Birthday and the salesman convinced him to buy the iPhone SE and managed to tell him it was the same phone. Never mentioned that it was final sale. When my son got the phone it was obviously the wrong phone and he was very upset just like I was. We went to buy a XR 10 why tell him to get the SE instead. Less than 24 hours we went to go exchange it for the correct phone and the manager Cassandra will not exchange it for us. She was very rude to my husband and to myself on the phone. I told her to explain to me why we would not be able to exchange it for the correct phone and her only respond was I can't. I am not happy and will NEVER return back to this store . The customer service is HORRIBLE Amelia Rodrigues

Most cell phone stores try to s***** you into buying the most expensive new phone but not this particular MetroPCS. Mike provided me with endless information and helped me thoroughly even when the stote was packed with customers. Ended up cutting ties with Verizon and walked out with an iPhone 6S with an unlimited plan that was only $60! Would definitely recommend this store and i plan to switch my kids over too.
