“I've been getting ALL of my beef and chicken here for years, so this review is not based off one or two good experiences. It's based on more than I could possibly count. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone without any reservations. If they have it - it's fresh. Everything is displayed and prepared right in front of you. Add to that the fact that it is a family run business - you're being helped by an owner every single time. There is also no shortage of other staples like rice, lentils, olives, tea etc. right there. So, really, what more can anyone ask for.”
“If you want a delicious fresh sandwich or salad in a pleasant and quiet environment, I suggest here! This is my current go-to lunch spot. My favorite sandwich is chicken salad on a croissant. The chicken salad has red grape slices in it which I just can't get enough of. I love the mandarin pineapple side salad too. It's so tangy and refreshing. The interior is modern and clean. It's usually quiet. There's a big free parking lot in front on this restaurant. Staff is welcoming and friendly. This restaurant has a rewards program. In addition to fresh food options, you can find frozen meals and desserts.”

I was a bit nervous, but when I called and spoke with Kate she reassured me and that package went out the door and was in HI in 2 days, still cold and in time for the weekend. “In the sleepy little town of South River, who knew that you could find a treasure trove of authentic Portuguese restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. Cavaco Supermarket is known in town as the go-to Portuguese deli, grocery, and bakery. The shelves are even stocked with products imported from Portugal. On the front counter, you'll find a variety of fresh baked breads, codfish fritters and turnovers, pastries, as well as of course espresso. In addition, they are a churrasqueria and offer delicious BBQ chicken, served in a giant tray over rice and fries. Their pastries, such as their bola de berlim and pastel de nata I'm not too much of a fan of compared to other spots in town, but their chicken and codfish fritter was delicious and their fries are even fresh cut. Take a look at their various imported goods and merchandise and you'll certainly be surprised!”

I saved receipts compare em if I get other things cheaper at dollar tree. Pretty much get lost things between these two places instead if driving to Walmart. Things I can't get I get there at later time”
“Great clean pleasant nice parking area in the side and back automatic doors to make it easier to get in well regulated store temperature beautiful yummy mostly fleshing takeout open when the store does, Delicious looking tuna wraps and egg salad wraps packaged very appealing with a yummy cucumber etc, keep it up a fan from Lakewood! To sum it up it’s just as well stocked as a grocery in any major Jewish area in tri state all your favorites!!”
