I highly recommend not purchasing from this store. I purchased a product from them back in December and returned as it was not what I expected. They received the product back in December and I have yet to receive my credit back of around $1,800. Several emails were sent and they replied with accounting was notified. I yet to see my money credited back.

CHARACTER OF A BUSINESS. You can always tell the quality of a business by their customer service. Businesses often don't recognize the strength of their business is not only their product(s) but how they interact with their customers. I recently had an issue with my Ignis fireplace fuel order. When I received my 12-bottle order, 3 of the bottles were significantly less than full. I had never had this problem with any other Ignis orders. I contacted the claims department with the issue, and they quickly and honorably fixed the problem to my satisfaction by replacing the 3 bottles. I was actually surprised when I saw the box at my front door, because I had not checked my email for a response right away. I emailed the claims department on 12/11/20 and received the replacement fuel on 12/21/2020. I have enjoyed my Ignis bioethanol fireplace for three years. If you get one, make sure you clean the boxes periodically as they recommend. I used mine for a long period without cleaning it, and the smoke detector kept going off. Once I cleaned the boxes, the problem went away. Thank Patrick

They were super professional, punctual, quick and clean all for a reasonable price. They made recommendations about raising the Accalia Black - Recessed Ventless Ethanol Fireplace in regards to draw, and it was the trick that really helped too. 5 stars.

So far I am very pleased with the fireplace insert. I don't have to fill the cans every 2 hrs. It's very sturdy and easy to operate. I'm sure it will be a conversation piece at our Super Bowl Party!

I purchased Ignis Lata Fireplace . I had shopped for weeks looking for the perfect fireplace for my master bathroom. I didn't want to spend thousands of dollars installing gas line for a fireplace that I could only have on for 10 minutes before it heated up the room to where you couldn't even be in there. I looked at the electric fireplaces and the technology isn't there for any sort of real looking flame so I felt like that was cheesy. The depth of the application was also an issue. At only 5†most fireplaces on the market would have protruded significantly from the wall. Your fireplace was the perfect solution. At 6-5/8†deep it was near perfect depth, it has real flames, it didn't need venting and it was reasonably priced compared to everything else I was looking at. It seems to be very well built and worth the money. My only criticism would be the 10-15 minutes it takes for the flame to reach its maximum appearance but I just need to light it and let it burn while the tub is filling.

The only thing missing from our little love nest was a fireplace... and now we have one! Easy to assemble and easy to use. Perfect in any spot. We looove our Ignis fireplace. I think we may be able to use it in our RV as well as our condo. From table top to wall mount there is something for everyone. Go for it. You'll be glad you did.

We enjoy the look and functionality of our Ignis biofuel firebox. The 2 boxes create bright blue flames and add ambiance to our room and provides just enough heat. We highly recommend you consider Ignis for your firebox choice.

We continue to purchase the 12 bottles of Ignis fuel for our covered outdoor patio fire box. We like this product because the price is reasonable, it is easy to use, especially with the pour spout. There is minimal drip/splatter. There is no odor when refueling or when the product is lit. We highly recommend this product.

Recently purchased an ethanol fireplace from Ignis and I am very impressed. The company is top notch and is really interested in making sure their customers are happy. My husband and I are very concerned with going as green as possible when making lifestyle decisions thats why we wanted a fireplace from Ignis because they have the same values. Their warranties are great, their fireplaces are even better. Will be a customer for life.
