They were super professional, punctual, quick and clean all for a reasonable price. They made recommendations about raising the Accalia Black - Recessed Ventless Ethanol Fireplace in regards to draw, and it was the trick that really helped too. 5 stars.

Ignis Products team installed a new fireplace along with all of the rock work and transformed our room! He was great to work with, had some great ideas and always followed up. Our guests wow at the room. Highly recommend

So far I am very pleased with the fireplace insert. I don't have to fill the cans every 2 hrs. It's very sturdy and easy to operate. I'm sure it will be a conversation piece at our Super Bowl Party!
