Cross Town Auto is one of the most reliable and respectable Auto Body Shops I’ve dealt with. I’ve gone to them numerous times for work done on my car and was always more than satisfied with the outcome. The owner and his son are very personable and always have their customers best interest at heart. I highly recommend going to them whenever your car needs some work done.

Best place around! My car has been having issue after issue lately, and each time Frank and Manny came to the rescue. They are thorough and efficient with their work. They take the time to explain the cars issues to you. I was so surprised to have my car back a day after dropping it at the shop! Great pricing too!!! Highly recommend! Cross Town Auto Body was recommended to me after my car was damaged by hitting a deer. The car insurance rep who appraised the damage recommended them and I was very pleased with their work. Although the job took a little longer than originally stated, Manny explained how they were having trouble locating the parts they needed. He was very kind and respectful but also professional and delivered the car right to my door himself when it was completed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing autobody work.Services: Painting

Inquired about a repair and call was disconnected. Was going to call back in the morning since they were closing soon and figured this person probably had a long day, but then saw this voicemail (see transcription below). Extremely bizarre response and would highly encourage taking your business elsewhere.Siri voicemail transcription:“Daisy it's Manny from crosstown autobody I believe we got cut off or you hung up on me please call me back I didn't think that was really rude all right really rude please do not call bye-bye”
