Absolutely amazing place, but I'd give it a 4.5 if I could because the machines are lacking, which isn't a MASSIVE issue considering it's a boxing gym. If you want a GYM gym, go to the Crunch down Route 1.

A great gym for people of all levels of skills and fitness goals. It is a nice environment and everyone here is like a family and looks out for each other. I felt very comfortable and welcomed when I joined the gym back at the New Brunswick location. The coaches, Dionne, and Carol are all amazing!

I joined BBS 2 years ago during COVID and it was honestly one of the best decisions I have ever made. JT, Dionne, and Carol treats every fighter like family. Not only has BBS gotten me in the best shape of my life but the gym is well-equipped, affordable and the coaches are top class as well.

My son been coming here for almost 2months and he loves it everyone is respectful and treats you like family everyone greets you and Jt is a good man with a greater love for the kids and adults he serves in the community. Best gym in town

My son David has been going here for over 2 months now and absolutely loves it. When you enter the door, they all greet you with a smile. They call you family as soon as you join, and you can feel and see how everyone helps one another. My son loves Coach JT, and is learning so much. If you're looking for a real boxing gym, this is definitely the one!

The best real boxing gym around. The coaches and staff welcome new members of all ages and treat them like family. All of the coaches are very experienced and even offer very affordable 1on1 personal sessions for those interested as well! During COVID they maintained such a safe and clean environment for everyone to workout and continue to do so afterwards till now. This gym is perfect for anyone trying to get in shape and/or learn boxing... no matter how young or old!

My daughter started at this gym a month ago. We love this gym; I would highly recommend it to anybody looking for an awesome workout and great instruction. It has a great family atmosphere.
