If I could give this place a zero I would. I got my nails and the gel dried with bubbles all over them and some parts of nails didn’t have gel at all. Since I came here in the past and have sat with the same girl, I called the next day and asked if I got them fixed because of the bubbles. I spoke to the girl but I started to feel bad so I told her since this is the first time this has happen I’ll let this time go but the girl insisted for me to come in. I ended up deciding to go and I was meant with the most disrespectful nail tech.
She was extremely rude, she felt that I didn’t know what I was talking about because to her the nails were fine. she also said if i want perfect nails, to go find another person. I told her I didn’t want to disrespect her, I just wanted to get my nails fixed. If I were you I wouldn’t go here, unless you want to pay for something you didn’t want and then be faced with nasty employee.

Everyone there is very friendly and especially Ninive, she’s very talented and patient. She does amazing 3D art, However, one comment I have, is that their pedicure chairs are extremely uncomfortable.

First time at Barbie Nails. Made an appointment for 3pm on a Tuesday arrived at the salon and the technician I was still busy with another customer. She didn’t bother to greet or say anything about her not being ready for the appointment. Delmy, the technician made us feel unwelcome. And later told me she couldn’t do my nails. Overall the experience was awful. I definitely would not recommend or spend my money on a service where people seemed unhappy to be there.

This was our first visit at Barbie Nails. Beautiful salon & extremely clean. We came on a Thursday and it was nice and quiet. Nail tech Ninive who took care of my daughter and I took her time. She honestly delivered more than expected with her work.
Requested style: I had a French tip and my daughter had a French tip with design

Disappointed! I paid for the $60 Spa Pedicure (which, unlike the regular pedicure, includes added things like a jelly spa, "high end sugar scrub," "hot towel treatment," crystals, and a 10 minute massage). That sounded awesome and worth the extra money. Particularly the 10 minute massage! BUT...I didn't get a foot or let massage at all--just exfoliant rubbed on me for a total of maybe 3 minutes? And a little lotion at the end. It was really odd and I was so bummed. I've gotten more of a massage at other nail salons during their basic, less expensive pedicures. It seemed like that would be a dedicated part of the pedicure, but nope not so. The "hot towel treatment" was literally just my legs being wiped down quickly with a warm towel lol. I've had a lot of pedicures and, unfortunately, this one just left me walking away feeling disappointed. I will say that the plus side of this was that my feet do feel more ready for summer, but I could've gotten that with just the $45 version. Or at another salon with a lot more treatments. This was not worth the extra money at all for their $60 "spa" one. And I'm really glad I didn't bother trying to get their $75 one! It's a bummer because I really wanted to love this place! It's cute inside and the woman who did my nails was nice. It just felt like a pretty unjustifiable rip off to pay $15 extra for all these things and only get jelly water (I think the crystals were in there) and some exfoliant (the latter I also get with standard pedicures elsewhere, it's far from "high end" as stated). If they wanted to charge $60 for just those things, that's totally their prerogative! But then please don't advertise more treatments taking place when they're not. I still tipped 25% but in hindsight I feel a little silly having done so. Ah well.

Mildre is so sweet! She is very professional, she works efficiently and does a great job on my gel mani and regular pedi. The salon is clean and pretty. Prices are average, about the same as everywhere else. They have specials throughout the week which help!

Came here for eyelash extensions appointment. My original appointment was with Be Beauty in Highland Park(they cancelled due to the tech being on vacation but it took them 6 days after I booked the original appointment time to realize the tech was on vacation there). Anywho, I get reschedule to Barbie Nails for an appointment at 12pm on 2/26. The tech who is supposed to do my lash takes 30 minutes into 12 to tell me she's running behind and needs 15 minutes. Cool, I'm here cause I want the service. Would've appreciated if she told me at 12 when I walked in....she tells me she needs 15 more minutes....cool again I've already waited 30 minutes. It's now 1pm and she's still with her previous client. Will update after the service, if it even happens. Extremely disappointed. Nice decor, I guess.

Poor customer service. Was told to come in early for pedicure and given an appt for fill-in. Arrived on time and they said they didn't know who I spoke to. I would have to wait an hour and a half for appt to do both. I asked for anyone and was told no one was available. But someone was sitting on their phone doing nothing. They seemed VERY disinterested.Natalia (who my appt was with) was kind enough to try to explain and asked if she could go see if someone could was available, which meant there was other staff. Waste of time and gas money . No apologies
