“This is a great banking service to have right on the campus. There is an ATM here but perhaps only for account holders. The fees are reasonable but working hours are limited. As the parent of a student I can vouch for credit unions as providing better services than the major banks and unfortunately are not well known enough due to limited marketing budgets.”

“The best customer service in the business, from the top down. Kathy and Jamie are courteous, professional, and attentive. They are always available to provide personalized attention to address and resolve whatever issues may arise. Highly recommend.”
“Not a bad bank branch, overall. Took me a while to get used to them, but what do you expect in a city overrun with Democrats, anyway? Had been using another bank that prided themselves on convenience, but had become less and less convenient for me, over the years. So, after 12 years with td, I finally came back to Wachovia (now known as Wells Fargo). Took a while to set everything up, and get used to their rules, but now everything is working for me, at this branch, in New Brunswick. Have 4 accounts with them, and use them for getting single dollar bills, quarter rolls and cash (for bus fares, tips, taxi rides, pool games, and now gasoline, for my newly-purchased, 21-year-old, gasoline-burning Honda Accord, that I paid only $2,000 for, less than 2 months ago). As a senior who still works, occasionally (and regularly "beats the hell out of" twenty-something guys, in game after game, often undefeated, on a pool table), this bank works for me...for now. (And the $325 bonus they gave me, for switching to this bank, didn't hurt either! Ha ha ha ha ha...)”

“Fast and friendly. PROTIP: a lot of walk up patrons use the ATM (which is in the front of the building near the sidewalk) especially during peak times ... there's a walk-up ATM on the back of the building that's usually much easier to access if you don't need to drive up.”
“the best at everything, they are so kind and caring... the manager is so nice and helpfull, she will help you with anything you need, they always have a solution for any problem that you have...”

“I've been a TD customer for many years even before TD was TD, and I've been generally satisfied, but I've never used this branch before. We had some fairly complicated stuff to do with irrevocable trust account (say WHAT?) that actually entailed not much money value but a lot of government regulations. Some other branches didn't have anybody who had a clue how to set up account to meet government guidelines. In Hillsborough, Service Rep Arshad Awan knew exactly how to handle it, got the details taken care of efficiently and quickly, and treated us like we were million dollar depositors. Hope this is typical of future service.”

“Outstanding service and caring staff! My Dad passed and the staff there was so caring and helpful which made things a lot easier. If your looking for a bank that is not just a number the New Brunswick branch is an excellent solution.”
“Anytime I been going here for the last 4 or 5 months in and out 5 minutes anytime I had something of banking nature extra as done for me there was no problem still in and out the people there are always willing help with whatever”
“Neepa was an absolute pleasure to work with. Ronald as well, whom I spoke to on the phone a few times. I can’t recommend them enough. Awesome branch of friendly, helpful, professional, and responsive people. Looking forward to working with Affinity FCU, and this location for years to come!”
