Very unprofessional, racist and lazy employees. They don’t even want to help out. All they say is “ I don’t know “ or call customer service. Wow. They make BOA look bad! Horrible representation!! This facility should have closed years ago! Every time I go here it’s an unpleasant experience!

Funny enough I came here to write a review to express that I felt this bank/institution and the representatives are racist and the only other review here is saying the same smh On almost all the occasions I have went in person I was made to feel like a nuisance or not valued and after my most recent experience I am certain of it. I hate it here, it is so hard being black

My experienxe was absoulutely disrrspectful. Rose and Ana were very unapologetic about how they treated me. An i felt very discriminated an judged. We all go through hard times and these two women made me feel singled out and sad. I will never cpme back to this location.

Bank of America has to be, easily, the most racist place on earth for a person of color to visit. This particular branch greeter told me I could endorse my check before I barely even got in line, which I did, against my better judgement. I have to say, at that point, something said, they aren't going to cash it, and they want to make sure I can't do it anywhere else. When I approached the teller, it took a couple seconds for her to call a manager over who informed me they couldn't cash it because it exceeded the amount that a non customer could cash. Listen folks, this was no personal check, it was a 4000$ check from a financial institution, a business, that has an account with them, their customer, that they have soooo much respect for, they are going to tell said customer how much they can write people checks for, with their own money. What a joke! When I asked the manager if I could see the police in writing, she just smugly replied, "No", to which I replied, " what did you just say to me? She just stood there and stared. I asked for her boss, who politely informed me, that it wasn't a written policy but a note added to the account. Makes great sense right folks, you can tell me that's what it says, but you can't show me in writing. The manager had the audacity to ask me to ask me who I bank with! Like, what does that ha e to do with them. I watched numerous videos and news reports of how this bank continues to disrespect POC, both prior and after this incident, it's nauseating. I strongly encourage any POC to avoid this bank like the plague that it is. Honestly, I took one look at this check, the first thing I thought, I should go to a really posh neighborhood branch, there may be a lawsuit in the end.

Been a long time member for over a decade and had a terrible experience with their mortgage agent M. Biggest issue was the lack of communication. I would be given a specific time to be called, just to wait for an hour after for them to call. Voice-mail box is always full so I couldn't even leave a message. Emails wouldn't be answered.They clearly show that there's no such thing as a valued customer here. Because of this experience im closing my accounts and moving to another bank.

Extremely rude staff very demanding and not very helpful. Definitely could use some retraining on customer service or just general demeanor on how to talk to people.
